MBBS Scholarship in China for Pakistani Students

Why fully funded MBBS seats are rare

China's main government scholarship, CSC, is designed mostly for postgraduate students. Undergraduate medicine is in high demand from self-funded international students, so universities rarely give full free seats for MBBS.

If an agent promises a guaranteed free MBBS, ask for the official scholarship letter from the university and check it on the university's website.

Scholarships MBBS students can realistically get

• University scholarships — often partial tuition waivers, sometimes based on first-year results
• Provincial government scholarships — for students at universities in that province
• Local city scholarships — smaller awards from some city governments
• CSC — possible in limited cases; check the CSC portal and university notice each year

How to improve your chances

1. Apply early, when universities still have scholarship quota.
2. Keep strong FSc / A-level marks and submit clean, attested documents.
3. Ask each university in writing what its scholarship covers and for how many years.
4. Score well in your first year — many continuing-student awards are merit based.
