What is the cheapest university in China for Pakistani students?

Tuition can start as low as USD 2,500–3,500/year at public universities in tier-2 cities. Hostel and living costs are also lower outside Beijing/Shanghai.

Are cheap universities still recognised?

Yes — all listed universities are public, MoE-approved and recognised by HEC/PMDC. Lower tuition reflects city tier, not academic quality.

Can I get a scholarship to cover even more?

Most affordable universities still offer university and provincial scholarships that further reduce tuition, often to zero.
