Question 1

What does the CSC Scholarship 2026 cover?

Accepted Answer

CSC Type A covers full tuition, free university dorm, RMB 2,500/mo (Bachelors) to RMB 3,500/mo (PhD) stipend, and comprehensive health insurance.

Question 2

When is the CSC 2026 deadline?

Accepted Answer

Most universities accept CSC applications from December 2025 to mid-April 2026. Embassy-route applications close earlier — usually by 31 March via HEC Pakistan.

Question 3

Can I apply to CSC without IELTS?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Pakistani students can submit an MOI (Medium of Instruction) letter from their last institution. A few top-10 universities still prefer IELTS 6.0.

Question 4

How competitive is CSC for Pakistani students?

Accepted Answer

Pakistan receives one of the largest CSC quotas globally. With a strong CGPA (3.0+), 2 recommendation letters and a clear study plan, the success rate is 35–55% at well-matched universities.

Question 5

Can I apply to multiple universities for CSC?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We recommend 3–5 university-route applications plus the embassy-route through HEC to maximise your chances.

Question 6

What is the CSC agency number?

Accepted Answer

It is the code of the institution receiving your CSC application — a university, or HEC for the bilateral route. Copy it from that institution's official scholarship notice.

Question 7

How do I apply on campuschina.org?

Accepted Answer

Register on the official CSC portal (campuschina.org), choose the program category, enter the agency number, fill the form, upload documents and submit before the institution's deadline.

Question 8

What is the CSC scholarship age limit?

Accepted Answer

Our CSC record lists: Under 25 (Bachelor), 35 (Master), 40 (PhD). Confirm the current limits in the official notice.
